City Administrator

The City Administrator is housed at City Hall, located at 1511 Broadway. City Hall is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. The office is closed during the noon hour. The full-time and part-time Administrative Assistants are also housed at City Hall.

The City Administrator oversees all day-to-day management of the City and advises the Mayor and Council on the long-term development of the City.

Alyssa Silhacek has served as the City Administrator / Clerk / Treasurer of Dakota City since March 2015. 2016 Graduate of Leadership Dakota County.
